Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity, providing information, support and services to people across the country. As part of this work, they run HelpFinder, a national directory of eating disorder support services that is widely used by the public and linked to by the NHS. The platform needed to be redesigned so that people could find local support more easily, and so that Beat’s team could keep service information accurate and up to date. HelpFinder allows users to search for support services by postcode and refine results using filters such as service type, delivery method and specialism. Each listing includes clear information about the service and how to access it.
