Citizens UK is a community organising charity made up of local chapters and campaigns across the country, so the website needed to support a wide range of groups while still feeling like one organisation. This project mattered because many of these groups are volunteer-led, and they needed to be able to manage their own content easily.

We designed and built a multi-site platform that allows different Citizens UK chapters and campaigns to run their own websites, while being managed through one central CMS. Local teams can edit their own pages, news and content, while the central team maintains overall structure, accessibility and brand consistency across all sites.

We love using Wagtail for projects like this because it makes multi-site and multi-editor setups much more manageable, giving local teams independence while keeping everything connected under one platform.
